  1. We were around them a lot and it seemed they were never NOT smiling - loved it all the way...so lekker
  2. No never ended up riding with any hubbers, just existing mates or solo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Criticize a blokes comprehension when you can't pick up blatant sarcasm - sheesh that's rich...
  4. Awesome, thanks man! Going to be very careful and pro-biotica'd Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Well now I have to ask, please elaborate
  6. Very sad to hear, RIP But this below...wtf Like all those people who profess "my granddad smoked his whole life and lived to X, so I'll be fine..." Ignorance is so blissful. Get checked and know as much about your body as possible so you can take corrective actions and give it the best chance of staying the way you want it
  7. If they fit properly then its no issue. Was probably done to reduce chaffing, doing away with some unnecessary stitching. I found the stitching in the middle around the gooch area was a bit irritating but that was on the standard saddle my bike came with. No such issue with the power saddle with a channel down the middle.
  8. https://momsenbikes.com/shop/clearance-bikes/mtb-momsen-29-al029-xl-black-2016/ Sure it's an XL, but pretty sure you could find a new or at least demo in Med within your budget
  9. Stiffness - full carbon sole Two boas - adjust during ride, your feet can swell etc on longer, hotter rides Must look like it fits like a new leather golf glove fits your hand, and then feel like that when you put it on. After finding a few that fit those criteria, read some reviews online - bikeradar etc.
  10. Also, some 'mistakes' are career ending and rightly so, regardless of how much innocence or ignorance was involved, both in commerce and in sport.
  11. I'd feel claustrophobic and get way too hot with a camelback. Those pockets are made to be stuffed to the brim...and my partners for holding on to
  12. Not winter months, but Cadence class twice a week and easy rides between, with longer moderate rides on weekends gave me 36% gain in FTP in 6 months to now, with December off. Granted it was off a very low base, only up to 3.7w/kg now. Was supposed to be doing weights as well but not disciplined enough for that
  13. Thanks. Will definitely be putting together an essentials pack for the back sky. And have learnt the small plug lesson, courtesy of Racing Ralph Evo's. Big plugs the only way to go Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
