Yip, been mentioned many times on this thread that the precedent of being sanctioned without a positive test has been set by WADA and the UCI long before this case.

Funny how it is already enough for Cycling USA (not USADA, for those of you who read too quickly), The Canadian Cycling Federation, the organisers of the Tour de France, the owners of the Radioshack Nissan Trek Team, and God knows who else.

Can I ask a question, why do you guys put different wheels on your bikes? I mean almost every example you see has a aero wheel front, and a pretty standard wheel back. Why is that?

Why don't you rather read USADA's document? That's the proof, or at least it's the basis for them sanctioning the various riders the way they have.

They all got results disqualified as well. For example, Leipheimer, all results from 1999-2006 disqualified, and again for some period around July in 2007. The same for the other five, it varies according to their admissions.

Earlier, French sports newspaper “L'Equipe” has published an article suggesting that RNT manager Johan Bruyneel doped cyclist Fränk Schleck, so that the latter would be unable to leave the team. The paper speculates that Bruyneel gave the diuretic Xipamide to an unknowing Fränk Schleck, believing that no other team would take the cyclist on if he was suspended from the sport. Guess Pevenage's characterisation of the people involved and around Armstrong as gangsters is 100% on the money.
