Marussia driver Maria de Villota has been injured during testing at the Duxford circuit in Cambridgeshire. Although the full severity of the injury is not yet known, Sky Sports F1 sources have confirmed that De Villota has required assistance from the emergency services in the wake of the crash. According to eye-witnesses, De Villota crashed into a stationary vehicle whilst returning to the pits after completing a single installation lap.
