I wonder, I have certainly encountered some... umm ...extra large units that surely needed 2 seats and casivac often will take up to 6 seats between stretcher and medics so there must be some leeway.

Was wondering the same. In theory game reserves can open (this is a provincial reserve) for day trips, hiking etc But they've never been too organised or good at communications, websites aren't functional etc. Hopefully someone who lives close by will report back.
