[/quote'] By that same logic shops could slag off another shop on here then. It's interesting how theres this assumption that shops are making money, as if the guys are millionaires. Shall look for the Porche in the parking lot next time. Never said that bike shops earn millions but some surely make a decent living of their shop - which they work for and usually deserve it. But some shops just have more friends or/and customers here on this forum and it would be unfair to other stores, wouldn't it? there is this funny bike shop here in the WC where you as a custome always feel unwelcome as you walk in. nevertheless the shops business is going well and I tried it again and again. One good example is that I went in there on a Tuesday, asking for a certain service. They tole me to bring it in on Thursday morning and it would be done in the afternoon. Ok, I go there first thin in the morning to drop my bike off, only to be told that they won't nake it on the day since they have so much work to do. I remembered the dude what they promised me. Reply was "we will see, what we can do". At 7 minutes to 5 o clock i receive the call that mz bike is ready. "ok, cool, how long are you open for?" answer "till 5 o clock". what a nice service. I rushed rusehd there to get my bike where a heartless service has been done on that absolutely doesn't fulfill my expectations. another time I went there to get some cheap brake pads for a commuting bike of a friend ? on a friday. they didin't have some on stock, promised me to have some till mid of next week. I go there Wednesday, nothing there yet, but was promised tomorrow. "Tomorrow" I went again, nothing there, but definitely tomorrow "for you". So I skipped tomorrow and went the day after tomorrow. Guess what, nothing there but at elast they had the decency to take a set of from some brake calipers lying around and sold that to me. Another occasio, a couple of years ago, I went there to a certain service done on my bike. well, the dude refused to do it cause he thought what i wanted was insufficient. I had a different opinion (with the reason of knowing quite a couple of bike mechanics that do it that way) and asked him nevertheless to do it since I am the customer and he would earn money with it. "But I don't want to do it" (like a little sulking boy). Well, I really don't like that shop. Stories I hear from others do quite support mz opinion on this. The guy who runs the shop might be a nice guy but I think he's in the wrong business where you live from the service you provide to the paying customer.

where in the WC can you buy the verarks? seriously, the two castelli bibs i had, both very expensive, were the worst bibs i ever owned - not worth the moeny for me. ya, assos seem to be the sh*t, but what my female buddies tell me is that almost everyone has an unpretty bum in them...and that for the steep price so i will check the cape storms out or perhaps the vermaks - if i find a store that stocks them. thanx for the input so far.

What is your guys opinion on the cape storm bib's? are they worth their money? what other products would you recommend? where can you buy them in the cape? I've had two flippen expensive Catelli bibs and both wore out/thread openend up so fast that i am very disapointed. I have very good experience with adidas bib's. can you buy them here in the country?
