    Had an awesome 4 days riding and racing at Cascades in PMB this past weekend. So many amazing trails to ride. Got asked by Beanie to lead her into Jugs Road gap, about 10m double on the World Cup DH track, at 15 years old I think she's the first SA lady to hit the jump (to my knowledge). https://web.facebook.com/PeachPearton/videos/550258178477995/

    106 days till #peachskills takes Beani Thies/Beani Thies - Athlete to Europe. I am honoured to be taking one of SA's top youngsters to compete in her first International Rookies Champs. 3 races, 3 weeks, 3 countries, it's going to be an awesome trip. Leogang, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Tabarz, Winterberg. A whole lot of Ski lifts

    If only I had known zuma was going to be a turd again, I would have paid for everything upfront. All we can do is hope that the rand makes some recovery before then.

    I'll be there with one of SA's top youngsters July 25th to Aug 17th. We'll be in Austria and Germany.

    Hang on your bars, Keep your arms straight, feel the weight in your shoulders and lean back. It will stop you pulling the bike skew, twisting the bars and better for balance.

    One of the best riding locations in SA (well surrounded by SA) Afriski in Lesotho is definitely worth a visit. Trails range from chilled and easy to insane drops and jumps. T-Bar lift to pull you to the top of the mountain where you have some breathtaking views, or you can ride to the top if your heart desires.
