I haven't tried the other models you mention but the 2D is a beauty. The helmet shell doesn't sit on your head thanks to the inner adjustable sizing system & this means immense comfort & great airflow. They also have a removable visor. Oh, and it's light as a feather. Sorry I can't help with the other models.

And I want to test that nice new triple on the bike. Yep took the double off after training with it for three months. A triple??? Oh No......I thought I'd never see the day. Now we've no chance on the climbs. I'll have to ask JB to design me a quadruple

When my phone rang this morning I thought Hagar was about to cancel due to drinking too much red wine or had something far more interesting on offer than a MTB ride but nooooo, he's only packed his bike and left his wheel up the west coast with his bokoms!!! Lucky for our shark lover I have a garage full of bikes and umpteen wheels. He could take his pick! But a monocyle sounds like a plan A real man of course would have turned up and done a wheelie for the entire 50ks...

Could someone suggest any remedy for a slipping seat post on my MTB? I get worried 2hrs into a ride as I see my cahoonas coming closer to the top tube... Seat post & frame are aluminium. Thanks for your help!

looks like BMC should reconsider Epic starts Saturday so as I said I will not be able to attend. The very best of luck at the Epic OT may you ride fast and safe... I am lucky enuf to be riding the stages on Thursday & Friday as a guest of ABSA so hopefully I'll see you at the riders' village... BMC - is the group ride still on for Saturday or is everyone pulling out? Cheers Not riding the Epic. Going to support the riders. Nice to see you back OT & maybe I'll join you for the long ride with the fast(er) group as long as you don't mind me sucking your wheel BMC - I'll need directions as I am geographically challenged (where the F is Andrag???) but will put myself up for the long route with the speed monkeys and hopefully my nether regions can handle 170ks in the saddle...
