    Help

Why not use a shifting spanner to bend it true again. I usually true the rotors with wheels on the bike. Use the brake calliper as guide.

  3. Don't spend to much on the 26". Sure you would want to upgrade at some stage. Best to replace the cones and balls. Cups made of extreme durable steel and should not really pit. Buy the axel, cones and balls and replace. RM35.pdf
  4. Larger rotors not really a solution. Service caliper (remove pistons, service/lubricate o-rings), deglaze pads & rotor, bleed system, proper clean with isopropyl alcohol. Give me a call if you need help. 0827756195 (Dick)
  5. Wow sorry for the real bad image
  6. Looks like you might need one of these ParkTool BBT-22 or BBT-32. Count the slots to know which tool to use.
  7. Loose cassette Hub bearings moeg Excessive bearing play in axel or freehub bearings QR too loose Rear axel locknuts not seated properly against frame Lubricate & torque seatpost clamp Lubricate & torque water bottle holder brackets on seatpost (if any) Brake pads properly secured with split pin/screw pin Get someone to listen while you work the bike Good luck en sterkte
  8. The outlet of water flowing via tunnels from the Katse Dam (Lesotho Highlands Water Project) is a few km outside Clarens. From here it runs to the Ash River, then onto the Liebenbergsvlei past Bethlehem, to the Wilge River near Frankfort from where it deposits into the Vaal Dam. Distance from Clarens to Vaal Dam (rough estimate) - 250km. Has anybody ever done this on a canoe/kayak? Is it at all possible? Do you need permission to do this?
  9. These work just fine for me @ 24.99/bottle at Builder's Warehouse
  10. Nice single track - fairly flat
  11. Understatement - it IS dusty
  12. Why don't you contact me - perhaps we can make a plan
  13. As long as it is a proper liquid. Needs to get in between those pins, rollers and plates and STAY there. Plain straight forward motor oil works best for me.
  14. Also works wonders for those irritating stickers and price labels
  15. Try acetone
  16. I use mineral oil for bleeding Shimano disc brakes. Welcome to come get some. Drop me mail to my e-adres on my profile.
  17. Pay me visit, I'll show you.
