ok I was riding along the spruit , saw the cops with a area bunted off , some other cyclists came past and said there is a body of an ols white lady ther , they told me that she was raped and then killed , the body was covered with some branches, I did not stop to ask the Cops what had happened , I took the other cyclistsa word , I would assume that she was out walking alone , either early Sat morning or latish Friday evening .

we ride from emmerentia side to the end , I would say about 5km from the end , it was not nice they covered her body with some branches , SICK now I know why i carry my .40 GLOCK with me

Out riding on the spruit this morning , comming up near the end of the ride , and we rode past a Lady's body , she had been murdered , so please be carefull on the spruit and always walk/ride/run in a group, My Heart goes out to her family

Turtlek we meet at the BP garage on North rand Road tuesday wednesday friday at 4:50am and on thursday @ 4:30 for hills

Next night ride we are heading out towards Serangeti estate and back to Romans for pizza,

have you found a group to rid with in the mornings ? we leave at 4:50 on the MTB bikes from the BP garage in the mornings for a 40km on road training ride about 22-25km/h ave if you are keen to join

had a great ride on Sat morning , headed out towards PTA then turned towards the bapsfontien road , the pace was steady ave speed was 23.6km/h did 60km, lets hope we see more Easr randers there next Sat morning ,
