I have done over 45000km on a mtb bike the last 10 000 has been on 29er I have both HT and Duel i do enjoy the 29er more I am selling my two 26 inch bikes

we only ever got 1 rider from the hub to join so I did not bother pushing it

I have also started weight training , I ride aprox 50 hours a month on the bike , and I had a very slow weight loss , Now I have started gym i go 4 times a week , I do still cycle 8-12hrs a week , I am on Phedra -cuts and CLA along with protein I have in two months gone from 91kg down to 83kg , and I will drop down to 79kg I hope I have cut bread and cheese out of my diet hope this helps

I love the cold , cause there is no one out training , so when you getto a race you are stronger than most others , last week wednesday I have a ave temp of -2 and a min temp of -6 my camel bak pipe froze , lekker

How many of you are living in the east rand (benoni ,boksburg,brakpan) and ride mountainbikes ? I see many bikes at pro cycles for service and I never see the owners riding It would be great if we could get some bigger riding groups together on weekends

He was a roadie ? Well they do own the road , have you not seen bunches of roadies riding all across the road , jumping red lights , so yip does not suprise me at all
