we do a on off road ride at 6 am from ATLAS +NORTHRAND road then stop fpr coffee ok pace

I am off on holiday on tuesday till the 17th Jan so when I am back we will start again have a great xmas

Night ride from WOODSTOCK cycles every 2nd wednesday night starting on the 11th November @ 6:20 distance 35km bring money for ROMANS PIZZA afterwards ,

we ride most mornings at 4:45 from ATLAS and North rand road on MTB bikes round bedforview 40km ave speed aprox 24km/h

count me lucky I have ridded the east rand flat , including modderfontien all the off road out to Kyalami , The dumps in Benoni ,day and Night rides, Out to serengeti all the way to Jan Smuts house I ride 3-4 times a week at 3:45am on the road And I have had no Incidents, I try and keep an eye out, and never ride off road alone, we always have peperspray, I have a neck knive as well as a .40 Glock o my advise is always ridein groups , and have a plan amongst the people in the group if anything happens what are you all going to do , ALWAYS RIDE PREPEARED MY 2 C WORTH

THERE ARE GREAT ROUTES AROUN BEDFORD, FISHERS HILL OFF ROAD THEN TOWARDS LINKSFIELD , UNDER THE HIGHWAY ALL THE WAY OUT TO BARBRA ROAD AND BACK SHOULD GIVE YOU 50K THEN THERE ARE RIDES OUT FROM BENONI EITHER TOWARDS HEIDELBURG OR TO PTA
