I have heard from linksfield off ramp the off road route that goes under the highway , I have been there a couple of time and not had any problems yet ,

I have a name for guys like that "ORGAN DONOR"

tuesday mornings @ 4;50 cnr atlas road and north rand road on MTB bikes doing a bedfordview route on road aprox 36km 260m asent will be back at the lights between 6:15 and 6:20

I THINK IT IS 6 I SEE THEM WHEN I AM ON MY MTB BIKE , THEY ARE AT FULL RACE PACE , CAUSE THEY GET THEIR BUTTS WHIPPED BT THE BENONI BUNCH SO EAT WELL ON FRIDAY NIGHT

SORY IT IS TUESDAY AND THURSDAY MORNINGS THEN ON SUNDAY MORNINGS WE DO A LONG OFF ROAD RIDE

MORNING WE RIDE IN THE MORNINGS FROM ATLAS AND NORTH RAND ON THE MTB BIKES ON THE ROAD AT 4:50

that is brilant riding , pm me your cell i will sms when we go riding you can join and take it from there

what distance are you good for ? we do rides from north mead square , from Carnival City and from Atlas road robots , distance are between 70km -100km ave speed is between 20km/h-23km/h

I live in boksburg , but ride all over benoni brakpan and bedfordview , we are 4 guys that ride at a good pace but we are looking for more to join , where are you in benoni ?
