    Hi Jeroen Thanks for the reply. Am i able to get Carbofuel in Single serving sachets? Would you also be able to tell me the difference between Classic Recovery and Revive? which one is better for recovery?

    Is it possible to get single sachets of Carbofuel and Marathon? I dont feel like buying a proper packet/tub in order to just try it out. Will some one be able to help me with the difference between Revive and Classic Recovery. Thanks

    im thinking either red, green or blue. haven't quiet decided yet but most probably one of those colours. Will I have to buy the whole jagwire kit or can I just buy the outers

    Thanks guys, K I dont know a lot about suspension so might sound stupid but currently I have 120mm travel (when I measured it, the tape said 130mm is that possible) with quick release and a straight steerer. My rear one travel the tape measure said 80mm. I have measured eye to eye etc yet. The reason for the upgrade is im building my dream bike so want to make sure all the stuff is correct. Do you think it is the safer way to go new as I can take it back if its wrong etc.

    Hi guys. Im looking at upgrading both my front suspension and rear suspension but I don't know what info I need to take notice of or be on the lookout for. I would ideally like to be able to lock-out both of them, can this be achieved on any suspension or does it have to be a certain kind. Any would be appreciated

    thanks for all the info guys appreciate it. I will let you know what the outcome is but I am thinking of maybe saving for a while longer and buying a frame I like and then building a bike up.

    thanks for the responses guys appreciate. Right now im just getting some information as I want to either paint my existing frame and fork and upgrade the parts when I have the cash or wait a little longer and then build a bike over time using my existing parts and new ones. Im just trying to work out which way would be cheaper

    yea I no Bogus work I have been very impressed. But firstly I am in JHB and not to keen to courier it down to Cape town (I think) and secondly I would really like it to go to one place that does it all and I think Bogus on paints. I may be wrong tho and please forgive me if I am. Sorry but my enter button doesn't seem to work

    Hi Guys So I’m thinking of painting my bike and fork but have a few questions. Firstly which is better, powder coating or spraying my frame and fork Secondly, is there a place I can take it to who will dis-assemble my bike paint it and then re-assemble it? Any help would be appreciated
