is there a cut off time for this race?

My aim at this stage is to improve my speed. so looking forward to this one to see what i can do on a fairly flat race.

I dont even like beer. but ill.admit that after a few races even i have had beer. was entered for the 110km but after thinking long and hard i have decided to rather do the 54 km. I have yet to finish a long race before cutt off time.still.finished,but got no result. so ill do a long one end okt. will.be fitter then.

I have done a few races . not really a good athlete. but for some reason i have fallen for cycling,despite all the pain and effort you have to go through.

is the downhills as steep as it looks?

problem is when you are still a bit slow and u cant keep up with the groups. but ill get there

i know the feeling. Hills is defenitely not my friend yet

Hi guys I know of a couple of group rides in Kempton but all the groups are averaging way above what I average. wanted to know if anyone knows of group rides that i can join during the week so that i can eventually join the faster groups that cycle during the week
