  1. Last month there weren't many entries so i'm sure there will still be some available. As above, give Charnelle a call or drop her an email, shes very good with responding.
  2. Did you catch the perp?
  3. Enjoy your new ride
  4. I've had to make the same decision a week ago, either upgrade my Scott Aspect 30 or buy a second hand bike with better specs... Needless to say, I bought a second hand Scott Scale 960 for half the price of a new one and I'm selling my old bike for less than what it cost me to do the tubeless conversion. Bicycles are definitely not an investment...
  5. Does anyone here know where I can get any of the below? Acebutolol, alprenolol, atenolol, betaxolol, bisoprolol, bunolol, carteolol, carvedilol, celiprolol, esmolol, labetalol, levobunolol, metipranolol, metoprolol, nadolol, oxprenolol, pindolol, propranolol, sotalol, timolol.
  6. I just moved my light and Polar watch further apart, now they don't interfere with each other.

  9. The sad reality is that the stolen bikes get sold to the average Jo we ride with for 5k because he cant afford a 50k bike... The "want" exceeds the moral conflict.

  13. How many MB's do you use on an average ride? (average = 35km 2 hour)
  14. I'm not sure about the Iphone heart strap, but yes, shell have to get the POLAR blue tooth sensors.
  15. I'v got the CS300 watch, the sensors aren't compatible with the phone. You have to go out and buy the Polar Bluetooth Heart Rate Sensor and I'm not to sure about the cadence sensor. The Phone acts ass the computer, It uses the built in GPS for speed and map, it links via blue tooth for any other functions you want, but you have to buy the sensors. When you download the app it gives you all the goodies you need to buy to make it function properly.
  16. Hey Super J, I use the Polar app on my Iphone 5. You can buy all the sensors from the agents in Midrand and when I use it, it works very well.
