  1. @Seanp Di Data have been quiet this classics season with Scott Thwaites' performance at the Strade Bianchi our best. Iirc that is. Hoping they'll do better during the Ardennes campaign! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  2. Strong ride from JJVR today. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk

  5. Are you thinking of Phil Gil for the World's win Gen? Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  6. A good bet for a top 10 finish I think. He rode well at RVV. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  7. I must say I really liked the way that the younger players stood up tonight. Our defense was excellent and I thought our game reading was good as well. Notshe is improving in leaps and bounds. I enjoy watching him play. Kolisi has been a revelation since getting the captain's armband. Dan Du Plessis and EW Viljoen is gelling nicely as a centre pairing. One could argue that tonight was the best Stormers performance in the past 4 seasons. I am really hard pressed to remember one that surpasses what we saw tonight. And Leyds may yet be a Bok before the year is out! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  8. Stormers skills coach worth every penny he is getting paid! That was wonderful passing! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  9. One of the greatest athletes of his generation and potentially the best athlete that the average team sports fan has never heard off. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk

  12. I think the Flash and Quicksilver may need to lend a hand! Love the sense of humour in it! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  13. Mmhmm Alaphilipe is my choice for Amstel but ja he would also make an awesome LBL winner too. As would Dan the Man! I am glad that I am not having to decide who the protected rider should be. Not sure I'd make the right choice! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk

  17. QS really have an amazing classic squad. Those three will make things damned difficult. Personally I would love PG to take LBL again! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  18. Gilbert is out of racing this week to concentrate on the Ardennes campaign. In the form that he is I think quite realistic that he could play a big hand in how things play out in those! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  19. PR is basically the most unpredictable race there is. It is going to be damned interesting to see what happens on the day! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  20. After last Sunday? You must be mad! Ummm ok, here's mine: Boonen, GVA & Sagan. Unsure of order but I would definitely prefer a Boonen win. Darkhorses would be Stuyven, Thuens, Hayman, Durbridge and Phil Gil. And Sonny Colbrelli to get another top 10 result. He has been getting some good results so far this season. 21. Would absolutely love a Tommeke win! I felt that he would've had a say at RVV if he didn't have the mechanical on "Boonenberg". Regardless of how he does on Sunday afternoon he will remain a big hero in my eyes. Absolute legend. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  22. Seems Sagz thought for a moment he was mountain biking! Damn they were shunting hey! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  23. I tend to believe the maxim that the race decides. We had so many things happen that were sort of unplanned for or not in the tactical book for the day and yet we had one of the best RVV's ever. In fact I thought it was as entertaining as last year's PR! Which was the best race of last season. We got a worthy winner and a very good podium. As for tactics: QS recovered well when Boonen was ruled out by the mechanical and gave Gilbert good support once they knew he was the man to gun for the win. I am sure they'll be going all out to ensure a win for Boonen at PR! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  24. Called it, sort of. A win isn't to bad for a guy who you thought wouldn't necessarily feature for his team. So is nice to be wrong hey 'Dale? [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  25. What a win! Beautifully set up by Boonen and brilliantly finished by Phil Gil. What team work between two legends! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
