  2. Regardless of if he wins or not Gilbert has put in a ride of note. One I'll remember for some time! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  3. Looks like Phil Gil is just tapping out a easy tempo. Always so smooth. Commentators saying that the QS guys saying Gilbert not feeling 'too fresh'. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  4. Strong chasing group with Sagan, GVA & Trentin in it! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  5. The most likely tactic. Although he now has a 1'24" on them. And Boonen has had a mechanical and I think is out of the running! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  6. 202 Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  7. Phil Gil still got 50 seconds on the other main contenders. I half hope he can hold on. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  8. Ja nasty crash hey. Showing it couple times now on the Tele. Nothing he could do about that. Real shame. Was looking good for him. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  9. And very painful if your name is Vanmarcke! The poor bloke just can't get any luck other than bad luck! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  10. Yip will make it interesting in the final 55k's! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  11. Hayman and/or Durbridge. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  12. Good points. Can't argue much with that. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  13. Now that you mention it...................... Glad they've done something to make the racing a bit safer for everyone. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  14. So what are you saying that Sagan > GVA? Because this season that is not true. Or that QS has no plan to deal with either if both are in a break and they have no numbers? Other than preventing Sagan to contest the win by not working with him? As was seen in Gent. And you entirely missed the point I was making re Durbrigde. Despite QS'S numbers he tried to win even though he knew that he was outgunned. Terpstra and QS sat up and did nothing to give them a chance at winning or a podium. Should Sagan have a plan when that happens? Yes absolutely. Looking forward to today's race! I think it's going to be a cracker! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  15. Umm I've clearly stated that Sagan needs to adapt and I've also clearly stated that Sagan isn't the only major player this season. GVA's form has been red hot since opening weekend. So when the Terpstra incident you're refering to occured it made no sense for him to completely sit up in the manner that he did. Both myself and GOG compared it to Durbridge's situation during the DDV and commended him for racing even when he could see he was going to be out played. He tried to win. Terpstra and QS did not imho. Yes Sagan is a damn strong rider and shouldn't be given easy wins but if your sole tactic as a team shouldn't be to mark one guy so badly that you allow another equally strong rider to win ahead of someone in your own super team, especially if that other strong rider happens to be the Olympic champion. 16. It does indeed. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  17. He must feel that skipping it gives him the best shot at having the best possible form to win LBL of that is his main target for the Classics season. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  18. Nibbles considering his form a win at LBL might not be out of Kwia's reach. I was just pointing out that he isn't doing RVV this year. As for a favourite for the RVV win I would put money on one of Sagan, GVA or Stybar. Stuyven is my dark horse bet. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  19. For the themes it deals with it reads quite easy. I find the characters rather compelling as well. In some ways I find it reminiscent of Tolkien's LOTR but without the characters having sudden knowledge they hadn't a few pages before. As they learn you learn. Keeps you turning the pages to read more! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  20. Busy with two vastly different books. Blood song by Anthony Ryan which has been very enjoyable. The other is Danny MacAskill's autobiography. The man is a genius imho. The way he can conceive what will be a good set of tricks to do is rather amazing. A true inspiration. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  21. No his name isn't among the borgs team start list as per CN! Link: http://www.cyclingnews.com/races/tour-of-flanders-2017/start-list/ Kwia is doing the Pais Vasco. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  22. And they got Lampaert in the team too. Maybe the thinking then would be for Phil Gil to act as Road captain perhaps? Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  23. Gilbert is another that is sheer fluidity in motion. Such a classy rider and so easy to watch. Hope he will be at his best for RVV. Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  24. Some strong teams lining up for the RVV! http://www.cyclingnews.com/races/tour-of-flanders-2017/start-list/ Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
  25. Moer groot! The most important race for the Belge. They'll desperately want one of their own to win it! Sent from my SM-J200H using Tapatalk
