  1. Burry Stander bike park area...
  2. What do you guys make of the new Tallboy 3. according there website it is like 1kg heavier than the TB2, slacker front end and a wider rear hub. not sounding great is it? or what?
  3. im waiting for EC70 wide bar and EC70 ZERO seat post
  4. yeh i did the same. and they followed it up. Still waiting. its been since 2014 November. what a disaster.
  5. Has anyone managed to get Easton products since Omnico lost it to hullabaloo.
  6. Ive heard some horrendous efforts by myway to avoid paying. There classic move is the proof of purchase. So if ur insured through them. Cancel it soon. Ive just had a claim for 75k bike through RENASA. 100% satisfied. Done in about 10 days. No questions. They send an assesor who inspected the bike. Done. New bike delivered.
  7. Well done Jacques....mtn! Is louise holding back. Bigger fish to fry in July.
  8. Impey is in good shape... tour down under did well. I think Louise said on twitter hes feeling a bit flat. just hoping Louise gets it. Most important result is that Impey is racing. He was put off last year due to the poor handling of his test results. Good to see him riding in SA.
  9. no. 11-40 only 11spd. With a 26/36 crank. U have the lot the new XTR crank can do 1x, 2x or 3× on the same crank arms Of the trail version. Race version 1x and 2x.
  10. The mechanical set is 17k I think. what swayed my choice from xx1 etc. Is replacement costs. Derailer, casette etc. Xx1 casette is R4800 XTR 9000 is R2900. Rear der. 5000 vs 2800. And as we know a rear derailer is quiet exposed. XTR is a touch lighter than xx1 I think.
  11. thats great. You must have mates at coolheat. Hows about organising a couple cranks send to Durban. Ive had an order in since sept. ive got the lot but a crank.
  12. Frustrated... good choice of word for a public forum. Well ive bought the groupset. I have received basically 1 item a month since September. Its Nearly Feb and still no cranks. All the punt but no supply. Crazy. However the OEMs have all ratios and all crank lengths. The original forecast was that the Di2 was to hit the shelves Jan. Feel sorry for anyone waiting, maybe October. Speed it up Shimano.
