Foam rolling an ITB will just cause further inflammation and pain associated. Best is to release the posterior chain, might also be linked with Sacroiliac joint dysfunction.

I received the wrong item, i emailed them and they were willing to give me back 50% of ordered items value and they would pay shipping for replacement item, now I emailed them with the replacement item i wanted and i have been emailing them repeatedly and no reply and it has now been a week. scratch that weight part the tubless hutcherson tyres are heayier than a normal tire and tube or equivalent, plus selant which i could put into the tube. So is the only advantage less friction between tyre and tube. the ill rather just get the vittoria open tubular tyre(which is very expesive at R900 a tyre but prob cheaper than the convertion kit and tyres)

how would tubeless road be better for racing apart from weight?

Is there a way of converting normal road wheels to tubeless wheels?
