  3. Maybe once a week when I get a new bag. Wish I had a GS3, but the paddle is the way to go. The Linea is also great,
  4. Malkhonig K30 for the win with a La Mazzoca G3 (manual of course). Just putting it out there for the best setup and most unaffordable setup.
  5. Probably will get some criticism for this, why cant there be more bins at water points i.e. the big ones used in running races? That will at least make people more aware to chuck their litter properly
  6. Trainer Road for the win! Not monitored by someone, but I have seen big improvements from a structured weekly program. Coaches are better but you pay for it.

  12. I agree with the above, Hypoglycemia is usually a reaction then a condition, certain People may be more likely to get hypoglycemia than others. I would definitely try a pre-workout meal before and definitely try nutrition during the workout. Nutrition doesnt necessarily have to be a branded product or a supplement, a friend of mine drinks half apple juice half water and a fruit every now and again. I usually like 32gi in my bottle for training and hammer nutrition for races Goodluck
