  2. Have a look at the Alex Duetto, also in the same range as the Lelita. Dual Boiler, PID control....
  3. Maybe once a week when I get a new bag. Wish I had a GS3, but the paddle is the way to go. The Linea is also great,
  4. Malkhonig K30 for the win with a La Mazzoca G3 (manual of course). Just putting it out there for the best setup and most unaffordable setup.
  5. Probably will get some criticism for this, why cant there be more bins at water points i.e. the big ones used in running races? That will at least make people more aware to chuck their litter properly
  6. Trainer Road for the win! Not monitored by someone, but I have seen big improvements from a structured weekly program. Coaches are better but you pay for it.
  7. Check Out this thread, I had the same problem but from 10spd to 11spd https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/166634-10-spd-derailleur-on-a-11-speed-cassette/
  8. @AntonG Almost bought a BMC because of you
  9. Also got a R100 voucher, Its almost 50% of my vitality spend each month. If you time it correctly you can get 2 surprise rewards in a month i.e R200 sort of pays for vitality
  10. Hi, Not sure if this is the right thread but selling my entry for R400 for 94.7. Exams have got the better of me PM me if you interested. Will add it too the classifieds as well
  11. When I wrote final Exams in November two years ago, I didnt ride for almost the entire month (Fear of falling off) Finished exams on Tuesday and was on the wattbike for an hour and a half on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and did a sub 3:30 on Sunday (94.7). So you'll be fine I rate if you starting now
  12. I agree with the above, Hypoglycemia is usually a reaction then a condition, certain People may be more likely to get hypoglycemia than others. I would definitely try a pre-workout meal before and definitely try nutrition during the workout. Nutrition doesnt necessarily have to be a branded product or a supplement, a friend of mine drinks half apple juice half water and a fruit every now and again. I usually like 32gi in my bottle for training and hammer nutrition for races Goodluck
  13. Finally Resolved the problem, after stripping and regreasing, I gave up and went to the LBS yesterday cost me R100 for a wash and a hangar realignment. Problem Solved
  14. Bought my bike from the new owner, no issues!
  15. Yeah, It does move down easily, I dont have to put a lot of force. ive cleaned it already and lubed it with chain lube. which is why i think it could be alignment/springs/ bent cage
  16. Will Give it a bash and see what happens. Dont think it is the limit screws as if i remove the H Limit screw and I disconnect it from the cable completely, It still wont move down.
  17. Will double check the hangar but i think ill need to take it in to check if its bent as I don't have the tools. Dont think it is the limit screws as I can move it by hand to the smallest cog and it'll stay there. GCN is the best, ive used those vids initially diagnose the problem, but no luck. Thought the hub might have experience
  18. Thanks for the Help Doubt it, as i've undone the tension screw so the cable is disconnected from the derailleur.
  19. Hi, Just a question, Ive almost got the same problem. It clicks on my sti lever and the cable moves but the rear deraileur wont move to the smallest sprocket at all. Ive even undone the tension screw so there is no tension to it and it still wont shift. If i move it by hand it'll move down. Ive Checked the limit screws and ive lubed up the moving areas. Could it be the springs/ Alignment?
  20. Really enjoyed the ride, Did the 50km and normally i average 28/29kmh. With the AM group we smashed a 37kmh, Still cant believe it. Big Ups to the group for your help. Only this one guy never contributed(wheel sucker) and with a few KM's to go shot off and came 2nd
  21. Thanks for the Knowledge. Good to know Didnt know about this difference. To sum up, my LBS stayed open till 6 for me, so just went and got the cassette swapped out and was riding it within the hour after that. Was worth the wait, its unbelievable Thanks all from stopping me from making a big mistake
  22. @Shaper, Just bought it and I thought I will not have the time today to take it to an LBS today. Been waiting for one for more than a year, so I really want to ride it today and unfortunately i lack the tools (chain whip and torque wrench) Im a kid in a candy store
  23. Didnt know there was such a difference between 11 and10 spd. I thought it was just a cog difference. Hopefully my LBS is still open by the time i get home. Otherwise im worried that i might just succumb to Shaper's theory
