With great popularity comes much hate, I have owned many different brands in the past and have come to love the Giant shape/fit and the overall feel of the bikes they manufacture. To the point Where I now own 3 Giant bicycles. Wife, Commute and Race bike. I have owned Specialized and SWorks, Bianchi, Merida, Scott, Silverback and the entry favourite Raleigh bikes both road and MTB. The Giants definitely do not perform like the Corrola's in that bunch. But yeah, everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I know If I still owned a Spaz I would have been none the wiser and jumped on the band wagon and said this is a "Corrola thread"

Then bought a 2011 Advanced from a fellow Hubber and converted from the original 105 10 speed to 105 5800. Still own this one though, very racy steed. Weighing in right now at 7.8kg

Well, I have made a change over to the brand since my first TCR CD20 last year. Weighed a Healthy 9kg

Hi all, Do not know if I intro'd myself as yet, how rude if not. Well been cycling since Jan 2014 at 103kg now on 86kg, done my first CTCT this year so yeah I have been bitten by the bicycle('s) bug.

Thanks, just worried about the traffic really on that route. I think simpler fix would be to get a standard 9 to 17:00 and travel with a bike bus. Not many colleagues are willing to try cycling and if they do they sigh on spending on a decent bike.
