  1. Not really, her bike only has one brake. either side will do. Let me know if you find it. Thank you
  2. Yes. pm me. While I'm here I'm looking for an old cantilever or cable brake lever. Any old kind will do. The one on my daughters bike is stuffed and I need to replace it. Anyone have anything like this laying around? http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/31up8lYU-4L._SY300_.jpg

My phone sucks at taking night pics. They really don't do any justice to the event or the insanely high level of prowess exhibited by riders. Can't wait to see official event pics
  5. I really like white kits. Beats the sun too. But I fall way too often to keep them clean.
  6. Meanwhile at syndicate Ratboys like: 'What? you changed the tyres? Cool! lets pin it!' Can't remember where I read that but it made me chuckle.
  7. I doubt YT will ever wrap a TUES in that spangled banner ***.
  8. Thats true. But the stars and stripes kit is still the worst thing anyone ever wore.
  9. The fact that he's happy with a stock frame seemed like a bold premature statement given how pedantic Gwin is. I guess there's alot of testing ahead for them. Thing is, Gwin can pin it on any bike. But in the game of inches and seconds whether he'll take any podiums on a new bike is anyone's guess really.
  10. I can't help but feel the way Myles does. We all have an affinity to certain brands. Some like this. Some like that. If we assume for a minute that Gwin is a brand and not a person. Well, I don't like Gwin stuff either.

  13. Like Spartacus good or good good?
  14. I'm actually enjoying The Expanse. Appreciate the seemingly plausible sci-fi plot and good story to match. A little ashamed to admit that I actually watch Suits. I blame the wife. Childhoods End was mmh... Okay I guess. I know its based off an old book but the story was kinda one dimensional. I get the impression that it was intended to be far more thought provoking than it actually is. Entertaining none the less if you have the time. DC's Legends of Tomorrow is completely juvenile and the acting is putrid. Don't know if I have the patience for Colony. I mean I can appreciate the slow unraveling of a premise but leave your audience in the dark long enough and they'll stop watching. I don't know why I tried watching Heroes Reborn again. Sigh. Havnt started Shadowhunters yet but it looks rubbish. I see a few new episodes of Wicked City in the list but I doubt I'll get back to that. Desperately trying to find something good while I wait for GoT and Mr Robot
  15. I agree with you. Any rivalry will probably only exist between consumers. Just offer competitive pricing to encourage locals to buy local. Pull off a frameset for 20k. There's no need to to reinvent the wheel to stay relevant. Hell Orange have stuck to simple SP designs and crude swingarms for the longest times and they're still kicking. Besides Morewood have already proven that they capable of more than that.
  16. The Van Rooyen will be a limited edition frame sets for use on weekends only
  17. I even have an unused African buck name for the next model. The Nyala
  18. I think we can expect a 140 - 160 mm duallie from them for starters. That should go without saying. It will no doubt tick all the right boxes in terms of modern standards. I wonder if they'll continue their SP designs? A LT hardtail is definitely something I'd like to see from them. A burly single crown 170 /180 mm bike would be nice too. and something a little more racy, but playful and bouncy. like a 120 / 130mm 650b. Then, after all that R&D once they've established a wide range to choose from, they decide to design a little jumper for good measure. An uber sloped 100mm hardtail with sliding dropouts. Then after that, a dualie version with 80/100mm squish in the rear for yuppy parkrats. See, I just plotted an entire new business plan. Make it happen.
  19. Just give me a little taste. I don't know if I can wait another year for a new bike. I mean this news makes me really REALLY want to. I'm sick of making sommertjies for imports. I just need a little something to get by. Please...
  20. Yeah they have deep roots in gravity orientated riding while Momsen is more into the racy stuff. Nice to see them come together.
  21. I don't think so. Its a 29er. More like Morewood's hot older cousin who hangs out with them sometimes.

Looks like a prop out of Fallout 4. Superb choice of components. Well, except for the enve's
