Tokai is awsome to ride. If u only did just over 1 hour I think you may have missed the best parts I sweat more MTB than on road Road is so much easier to ride. But I enjoy both. Give it another shot its awsome

What 2 bikes are you selling to +/- R25000 a pop 2nd hand and what is wrong with them? They have to be semi decent

Easy . In a free market if shop A buys a tube for R10 and sells it for R12 the he has R2 profit. Shop B comes along buys same tube for R10 but either overheads are lower or he wants to generate more turn over he sells for R11.50 cause h can. In fixed they wont undercut a price. Same way in a fixed market shops wont bargin for your mony.

Ride down otto du plesise/marine drive to blouberg if u just looking for a gentle ride, its quite busy so watch ur self. I find it safer than the west coast road with all the trucks.

Err wind was mellow today i rode at 3 and was a slight head wind that kept me down to 22kph and im unfit

Why do road bikes have the large cleats and MTB the smaller cleats? I know some road bikes use smaller ones as well but what is the differnce between the larger ones and smaller ones
