All brands have issues, is that LBS even a Momsen dealer? They may be trying to get you to fork out for another brand

Just noticed that there are alot of warranty related issues on the hub... And now I'm interested to find out what experiences people have had when dealing with warranty claims and how they're handled.. :-) nothing to do with Carte Blanche

I had a bad experience with Giant (Dragon Sports) a year ago but then again I've heard they are generally meant to be good with warranties. What was the bad experience?
