  4. Hi all, I am trying to maybe change my road bike to at least a semi gravel bike. It came out with a 28mm and there looks to be clearance for a 32mm maybe a 35. So i am think i have to take it to a bikeshop put the tyre on and see if it fits..... sounds like the right way to do it. But who keeps the not so common gravel size tyres? Or just if someone has the max size then ill just order online. Regards
  5. As the title says. What will be the safest route? Mostly with the mtb but sometimes with the road bike as well. Currently i am thinking. Brackefell Boulevard, Left onto langverwacht road, left onto Polka draai, right onto Vlaeberg road and then right on Baden Powel. Is this route safe or can you guys suggest another route? Regards

  7. Hi All, So was wondering about riding the CTCT 2 times. Where can i get some more info? I've heard of a few people who has done it last year. On the site it only says you need to be in before a certain time to do it again and you have to be qualified/allowed for it. Can you hubbers give me some insight into it. Groete
  8. Hope they bring in like a sick week option or something where you don't need to accumulate points and those that you accidently accumulated does not count. With ofcourse a few rules like only able to do its once or twice a year and then they already have the doctors info that you visited and stuff. Would be quite cool
  9. Jip, bonkers is when you do a 5hr activity and in that activity you know that there is a place where you were on average for more than 30min above the 80% region(300 points) Only to see you got 100points because the avg hr was between 60-69%. You could say the answer is the endurance category.
  10. nope. So what vitality does is only award for one activity per day. So 2 x 1.5hr workouts in the morning and evening would only equate to 300 points where as if linked (1 x 3hr) it would be 600 points. Which i feel is fine because i still do the work. I would however want tips on how to stop the government from cheating SA....
  11. Thanks - The Endurance category goals https://www.discovery.co.za/discovery_coza/web/linked_content/pdfs/vitality/vitality_news/vitality_fitness_points_table_high_performance.pdf
  12. Question for the garmin/vitality junkies. Is it possible to 2 rides on the same day to meet the 3 hour- 60% hr goal. By just pausing your activity once done in the morning and selecting "save for later"
