i have been with a running tummy since Monday myself and i did the race!!! i will go and try that probiotic probiflora today. At least i don't feel to weak but just the bloody diarrhoea!!!!!!

i got myself mixed up!! :-) in any case i wouldn't dare trying to build my own bike, i would end up with 20 bolts i don't know what to do with.

i disagree Daniel, i don't think there is anything wrong with taking parts to a shop and ask them to build it for you, part of their business is in servicing and charging you for their labour. As long as you support them with spares, servicing, etc at the same time, i think is perfectly right.

i don't think so, they will make their money on labour! done it a few times and i still remain a good customer as i always service my bikes with them and buy spares from them!

pity, i have already booked the epic massage, i would have much rather done this
