I told my bike to take me somewhere special but the dam thing took me to work again... But at least it will take me home so that's nice atleast.

I Started Cycling in the Winter time and only since the warmth has returned to PTA have i since learned how polite fellow commuters are. There is alwayse a longer route to work with a better view. PTA is acctually shrienking as i can go furthur. When you pass all the traffic jams on the downhill you better commit to the uphill orelse you just gonna get passed by all the cars. Plan your route in advance to avoid the big intersections where orange means nothing to motorists and over eager jammers rush infront of you. Enjoy the sights and sound even the city can seem natural if you leave the house early enough.

I'll cycle about 30min and arrive at 6:30 at the reserve Do a round trip and head to work after that so im only concerned with fountains circle and going alone in the reserve. But at that time traffic should be quite heavy in those areas.

Just a note, they closed of the fields under the N1 on Dely Road just before you reach Lois ave. usually there was always a few camping out there and they have dispersed now since then. I alwayse avoided that part or powered thru there when i passed. On anohter note is Groenkloof reserve still safe. I see they open at 5:30 the morning in summer time, im considering going thru there alone for some off road practice in the mornings.
