  2. Hi Guys, i cycle alot at night so i got myself some custom cut reflective vinyl, so if you are in the pta east area you welcome to grab a strip or want to add some visibility if you also cycle alot in the dark. Im just using a few peaces so rest is for first come first serve. They reflect like those reflective stickers on police cars and are silver/white in color ( VINYL ) .pdf file is attached i got it done at www.tali.co.za if you want to order your own sheet. Will post photos in use tonight... PS: If you are all about no stickers and the look of your bike "cheers on you" but as dark as it gets i dont mind adding a little visibility, I work in Brooklyn area... The little bike riders come with application tape so easy to stick to car. im only using one that says stay wider... other 3 can go tali_stickers_HSC_4.pdf
  3. Slowly, turn on kettle, contemplate existence, drink coffee, do no.2, get dressed and cycle to work... Also distance of phone from bed decreases the chances of returning to bed by 10% per 1 meter LOL
  4. This is great yeah, the way i did 2017 was have that big goals and then break it down backwards in smaller goals. Like this week ill ride 100km or this month will be my best month. then End next year you will count up all those small goals and see how great you did. a Big point will be balance, dont deprive yourself to much but when you do skip a exercise or had a few beers make a goal of ridding that hour to make up for it. Ill be focusing 2018 on getting a better routine. 2017/12/25 - 118kg 2018/12/25 - 88kg

  10. TLTR End of the day 80% of chops arent on bikehub shame on facebook groups hopefully then they will get the message. I would like to think that most people on bikehub is more bike conscious. PS: and always pointout their mistakes when you past them just make sure you got enough juice in the legs to leave them in the dust to really make a statement haha
  11. Ummm ill google that as i have two LBS one has garmin sensor other generic. So i still have time to choose thanx for the tip, i do like when things work properly
  12. I have the cycleops pro fluid II Vitality rewards get send to friends haha so not that important but allast it is a habit
  13. Thanx davey that clears up alot. So i connect the sensors to zwift for riding and feeding data but garmin records data for rideYup i get the boredom aswell and only leaving work after dark + december not worth
  14. Hi so... It seems my indoor trainer is zwift compatible and all i need to do is get a ant+ receiver for my laptop as i have garmin bike sensors. So, if someone can give me some insight on the following that would be great. 1. if i sync the CAD, SPD, HR sensors to zwift and do my ride will that ride be linked to my strava, top peak and Vitality points? 2. Can i use garmin 235 ( that i usually record rides on, that syncs to garmin connect and then go to all the apps. ) and connect the sensors to zwift + garmin at the same time>? Im going to do this anyway but would be nice not to have to do a few rides just to figure it out. Links to vids or forums is also appreciated.
  15. If your goal is to push for a PR i think it would be a chance i would take because the batch starts spread quickly in that 30min. I am starting in 08h16 due to charity so you wont see the faster groups of the seeded batches. Im just gonna work with what is on the field
