Ja that's what I had as well with aching joints in the fingers, wouldn't say they were completely 100% through out the ride, but a lot better than before

So I changed my grips on Saturday for the ride on Sunday, got some Specialized grips, forget the exact name now, very similar to the Ergon grips and R100 cheaper.... no more numbing or paining in the hands

Had a little 'goose vs Raleigh yesterday at the Sardine Classic, Raleigh won hands down hehe.. although it was a close contest, funny enough there was another oke with the same bike as me and two other dudes with 'goose Canaan Comps, so it was quite fun

Firefox for mobile's also coming out some time soon, if it hasn't come out already.

Cleats are fine, actually better in a sense as you have the ability to not only push downwards on the pedal, but pull up aswell.. just gotta get used to them.

How do you guys rate tyre liners? I had them in my old bike and touch wood, not one puncture..
