10:30 minutes for 160 km. If we round it a bit, you need to do 16 km/h and not stop anywhere. I just did the world funride. Should I or should I not.... What do you guys eat on an event like this? (Event not race, no way that I can race this)
I am just consistently aware of my shoulder. It is always uncomfortable. Sometimes sore but not often. Physio and dr said it will take me about 6 months before I can ride my bike again. Took me 3 months. Did all the exercises as recommended. I also tried do do everything on my own before asking for help. Left arm was sore with all the "extra" work. But I still lost fine motor skills and lots of power. I can not play squash or golf anymore. I just do not have the power that I had before hand.
As the wife and I climbed onto the highway right at the start, I saw a MTbiker getting of his bike swearing like crazy and walking back. His rear tubless tire came of the rim. sealant everywhere. And i guess he would have needed assistance to get it back on.
Saw a KTM 990 with 2 ackro pipes on yesterday. That thing sounds mean!!! Chatted to the guy, he has a 650 GS and the 990, and he says you can see the difference in how the cars react around you, with the OEM GS pipes and the Monster KTM.
And if they come into your house at night, fall aver your coffee table and break a leg, they can sue you, because they got injured on your property. Or You come home after work, and 2 gentleman are helping themselves to your wife...... You are according to what is being said here, not allowed to help her, because your life is not in danger.
The big wheel scooters make sense commuting. My problem is that I need something that can get this hot bod up to 120 and then stay ahead of cars on the N1. Had a 250, and that got me up to 120 on a down hill with the wind from behind.
