I took to twitter - Discover_SA is swamped with the same issues... The guy said I must DM my personal info - I did and am waiting a response...

So with me as well - my rewards disappeared. 4 of them... So I had to pay for the "Free" coffees I was handing out to my mates. So to which mode of complaint do they respond? Twitter? Email?
