    Does your Dad know about this? Would also like to move from 2A up to about 1C. (finished just before your Dad) Currently only do the CTCT, obviously to improve seeding need to do more races. Which 2-3 are regarded as the best to target for seeding purposes?

    Just had a quick look through this thread. I presume the people posting here are cycling fans which makes the tone of some of the comments really strange. A rider crashes - gets concussed, breaks ribs and the one on Saturday could have ended his career or worse - and it's an opportunity to have a few digs at the guy. What I'd expect on a 4x4 chat, not here.

    Hey, I never said being a Capie was something to boast about either.

    Also a Capie now, 6 years ex Durbs. The Argus, as a newspaper, is no longer something to be proudly associated with I think.

    Think a big part of it is that the whole city is aware of the race and embraces it. There are no cars, bicycles rule for a few hours.

    That looks a great itinerary. Don't forget the malaria tablets! Don't see Cape Town listed, need to point out that's where the Cycle Tour is.

    Anyone else having problems editing their Sport Profiles online on the Polar Flow site? I've been able to change 2 of my 4 profiles but the other 2 just hang.
