Wonder if I could get help. I ordered a saddle on the 12 August. Since the date the order was dispatched,the 13th, i dont have a track number,nore a call to say its arrived. Its almost two weeks. Is this the normal time for order to get to us from overseas? How much longer should I WAIT?

Hi Hubbers Hope this is not a duplicate. Please help me? I need to get the size in mm so I have the correct speed and distance every time I go cycle. The only one I could get on google was 2303 mm. I have a Geax aka 29 x 2.2. Please help if possible? Regards
