I do it so often its 2nd nature to me.

Yup route is the same for all, pro's and amateurs alike.

Riders need to keep their heads, don't make unnecessary errors.

That happened this afternoon BMW and Merc were involved, colleague at work saw it and took photo's.

Well...growing up we used to fit hosepipe under the tyre. Hard and bumpy as hell to ride but we never suffered punctures ever.
