  1. What you giving us for Christmas?
  2. mmmm not sure I should say what I wanted to say - I think only I would find it funny
  3. I used the Crazy Berry and the Crazy Kiwi on Sunday. To be honest I am not sure where the flavours come from as each one tasted just as **** as the other. HOWEVER they work and they work bloody well. So I have decided that the trade off of results against a **** taste is one that I am willing to take. So in the furture Whasp has just earned itself another customer.
  4. Thanks guys will look into it - Maybe somebody should get hold of Collin and give this to him as a marketing tip for his Whasp Gels. Promote better sales by looking after the environment should score him a few extra points.
  5. And this site seems to be dying a slow death - browsing is fine but posting is dog slow again - tried 2 diff ISP's now and the same problem so it can't be from my side. On the bloody sat link now to see if things are any quicker but no such luck. Anyways yes Ian I am not sure where he got the bottles from but they were mini water bottles (about the length of a bomb just obviously wider) which held the 50 grams of Gel just perfect - he had 3 of these things in his pockets. Looked far easier to to suck the Gel out as well as safer and less messy - will take a look around myself for some and let you all know if I find.
  6. Actually I saw a guy on Sunday who takes his Gels and puts them into small squeeze bottle (looks like a mini water bottle)- very practicle and does away with the wrappers and sticky hands.
  7. Why not make the stuff in a bio degradeable package - surely that would put this to rest?
  8. Now would it not be a good idea to rather make the gels in a bio degradeable package? That way we could moer them all over the place and not feel bad about it or make you get that churning feeling in your stomache.
  9. Yup 5 Grand for a 2007 is steep. They were 4 Grand new. 3K is the highest I would go.
  10. As per your 94.7 manuel they can ONLY be purchased from Winningtime - not sure why but maybe pop them a mail or use a cable tie as suggested - save a few grams and rands in the process.
  11. I really enjoyed the course especially the new section, although having said that it must have been pretty hazardous for the later bunches. Spoke to a lot of people who started lower and they said the problem was is tha the section is very fast and the novice riders were all over the place and with all the twists, turns, man holes, cobble stones and so on made it very dangerous. I had a fantastic ride and really enjoyed the whole weekend. The MTB race was well organized (seeding is a problem) but other than that one glitch a huge well done to the sponsors, the marshalls (except for the one c#$t) and everyone else who tried to ride an expensive bike as well as an el cheapo.
  12. Nope nice easy 90km's. When you wheelsuck all the way the ride is never hard. Unlike having to drag your ass behind my wheel allday the race was actually plesant.
  13. Ok fatboy found your comments - see you took the easy way out and rode a motorbike like that is going to help your weight problem then you be a c$%t and stop the riders on the road aswell - nice going
  14. Well apparently @#$%en not seeing that I am asking bright spark
  15. EWEP I swear if I have to ask you one more time if you rode yesterday I am going to come down there and burn all your pies.
  16. I ride a 30 grand bike and was once overtaken by a runner - does that count?
  17. 1Hill you can have the hair fix cream which Joe uses for his legs, the barone has unfortunatly already been consumed by my dog Larry.
  18. Thank you Marius appreciate the help.....will be leaving it right where it is apparently it is very happy there
  19. ***
  20. Hey can you all stop talking *** and answer some serious questions here FFS!!
  21. The bar stand was the best
  22. Please can someone help me out. Prepping my MTB for Saturday I have found a big thorn in the tyre which has snapped off. I have the tyre sealent in the tubes - do I dig out the thorn or just leave it? Then what would the correct tyre pressure be for Saturdays race. Thanks
  23. But got to admit I had a very bad day on Saturday....consistant heart rate of 154bpm and 30 k's into it I was finished, nailed a whasp and about 15 minutes later still had the same HR but got through the 100km's in 3 hours and felt tierd but strong after the ride. Can only be attributed to the Gel working cause if it wasn't the gel then I have more balls than brains.
