Not sure if this will help but here goes. Also had knee pain in the right leg and did the following. Loosened my cleats enough for the cleat to slide around in the pedal and on the shoe. Got on the bike and rode for about 1km so the cleat could settle in its natural position according to my legs and feet. Stopped the bike and slid my foot out the shoe gently. Tightend the 1 screw on the cleat which can be seen through the pedal. Removed the shoe and tightend the other two screws. Problem solved no more knee pain. Obvioulsy I did each shoe individually or else getting off the bike could be pretty sporty. Hope this helpsMuXmAn2009-07-22 07:37:52

I once e-mailed Nivia to enquire exactly what Q10+R was. To my surprise they did reply but in the typical Political fashion of answering my question without actually answering it and informing me they were releasing a new product in Clicks which I should try. So the long and short of the situation is that I still don't know exactly what Q10+R is Somehow I don't think they know either

I think essentially the problem does not lie with people who frequent the Hub. Those that are on this forum generally know the rules and the feelings about breaking those rules of the people here. The problem lies with those that are not members here and yes to an extent with the park officials not explaining the rules. I came across a guy and his son 2 weeks ago who had entered at the Karee Kloof Gate and had got lost thinking that the N3 gate was where they had parked. These two were broken and there was no way that they were going to get back to Karee Kloof except by going the wrong way around. The causes of this was no signage at the top of the big climb and they were not given a map by park officials at the gate. I will chat to the park officials again and try to come up with a solution to this - was also wondering where ShaunH is as maybe we could get some sponsorship and use his initiative to get some signage up in the park.

All is good there so far. Things which have changed is the picnic area is closed due to consistent vandalism and season tickets have been reduced to 6 months maximum. Other than that there are still the usual bunch going the wrong way around. If you see this please stop the offending people and inform them in a nice way that they are breaking the rules, in 90% of the cases the people are not aware that the park is a one way route.

Ok here it is. Mars appears above Venus in the morning at about 06:30am in Cape Town. So if your object is below that in the Eastern sky it would more than likely be one of the following stars Alnath which is on the horizon or Aur - probably Alnath at magnitude 1.65. You may also be looking at Betelgeuse, Sirius or Rigel but they are a bit higher up and more towards direct east. Download a program called Stellarium about 40 megs and is freeware, just search for it in Google. It is easy to use and will help you get your bearings, go out tomorrow morning and compare what you see in the sky to what you see on your computer and you should find your star in no time -

Sounds like Mars - Mars is very far away from us at this time contrary to the e-mail going around which is from years gone by. Gimme a few minutes to try find your mystery planet or star

Venus remains bright in the morning sky throughout the month, rising two to three hours before sunrise. Mars is visible in the morning sky for about 3 hours throughout the month. Jupiter rises just after sunset, being visible throughout the night. Saturn is visible for about four hours after sunset. Uranus rises about two hours before midnight and will be visible in the constellation Pisces till sunrise. Neptune rises a few hours after sunset and can be seen in the constellation Capricornus. Venus and Mars can be spotted together in the eastern sky before sunrise, being closest to each other at the start of the month. On the 25th Saturn will be close to a young waxing crescent moon in the north-western sky at 6 PM.

Can be a few things in there which are giving you the cramps but to isolate which one of the ingredients is not agreeing with you is not worth the effort. Switch to something else rather, it will be easier - try looking for a drink with no preservatives then you are all natural and should not have a problem other than taste.
