Sure it is a 23% hike? Cause they stated they now need to charge VAT which is 14% and then also stated that they only increased costs by 8%. So 14 +8 is 22 in my book which would mean that there is one little guy missing. Anyways if VAT is payable that should not be taken into account as an increase.
