  1. Nice looking Trance man, love the red accents. I'm also running the same WTB combo on my Trance SX. That Vigilante grips like nobody's business!
  2. That Hammer of Thor isn't too bad. Biggest beers I've had so far were Sink The Bismark (41%) and Tactical Nuclear Penguin (32%), both from Brewdog. They're special in their own right.
  3. Aah, thats's a European Strong Lager. How was it? I haven't had that, but have had similar and must say I haven't enjoyed them that much.
  4. So my Double IPA is ready to drink. And it is phenomenal!
  5. New toys! Absolute Black 34T Oval Chainring: And Garmin Edge 520:
  6. Cheers! Valve IPA from RIOT. Good beer this.
  7. Another pic of Godzilla.
  8. Do any of you guys use Untappd? Nifty little beer app that you can use to keep keep track of the beers you've tried. Check it out: https://untappd.com
  9. Today's lunch: Double cheese burger and small fries from Rocomamas in Rivonia. :-)
  10. What yeast are you using and what is your gravity sitting at now? You could ramp the temperature up by a couple of degrees and rock the fermenter a bit to try rouse the yeast. At 5'c it should take about 5-6 weeks for fermentation to complete.
  11. Your point?
  12. I prefer the Quad.
  13. My latest purchase. After riding round on a test saddle for the last three weeks, i just had to get one of these. Super comfortable.
  14. Good Evening! Happy International Beer Day!
  15. So, today is international IPAday. Guess I'll have to head over to Beerhouse for a hoppy beverage or six.

I've always been a big fan of the Bio-Organic / Bio-Mech style. Here is come of Guy Aitchison's work:
  18. My new toy! Loving this bike so far!
  19. We popped in there for a lazy lunch after we finished dusi2c this year. Cool little spot that. They can definitely do with more of a variety though.
  20. I find a big problem now with the majority of craft brewers is bottle conditioning. Brewers are doing it because it's a cheaper, easier process than filtering and force carbonating. But, they aren't doing it properly. That lends to a lot of the yeasty flavours you're experiencing I think.
  21. Look, i've had a brew or two that was terrible as well, but most of my stuff has turned out pretty good actually. All this beer talk is making me thirsty...
  22. Two versions of Chris Isaak's Wicked Game. First, my favourite from Stone Sour: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cncoJB_C-m0 Then a completely different feel from Trentemoller: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UF958QY7UkQ
  23. I do enjoy the odd Honingklip beer. Pity we don't get any up in JHB. I'm quite fond of their Dubbel & Tripel. We've just started receiving Stellenbrau here now. The Craven craft lager is good, Not too mad about the Weiss though.
  24. Nice, will need to check it out. To me you'd have to go really far to beat a fresh Blockhouse on tap!
  25. Eric makes some great beers. Still haven't tried the crazy diamond, will have to get a bottle next time i'm down in CT. My favourite beer of his is the Titan. Also, The Kraken is an phenomenal! Not for beginners though.
