I have ridden both Shimano and Speedplay.. I could never go back to Shimano because of the extra 'float' the Speedplay offers. My right leg goes through an odd motion when I ride and the ball of my foot travels through quite a range of motion, something I can't get with the Shimano pedal...

I tried Muscle Science's HGH activator and threw it away after 3 days. The sides were terrible. For about an hour after taking it I battled to breath and would itch to the point where I would scratch till I bled... My wife got hold of the bottle and read the warning on the side, "Some individuals may moemntarily experience minor tingling of the skin and/or slight shortness of breath when taking GABA". Yes, I didn't even bother to read the warning...
