The problem was that I was riding alone and couldn't see where the sting was so I couldn't get it out. By the time I got home I was looking like I had taken a jab from a prop. Then I got up early this morning and went for a ride and by the time I got back I was looking like I had gout in the face!

Interesting... not a bad guestimate... Only problem with mine is that I have this one bar that shoots up to the sky, says I spent 14 hours pushing 0-20w...

Basically I went on a loooong ride and at the end of the ride I had an intensity factor > 1 (greater than 1) . One cause could be that I have incorrectly measured my FTP, or the Powertap that I was using is faulty. I am still waiting for Bruce to give me his expert opinion on the file...
