At his moment I have Ultegra wheel set on the bike, not sure if I must keep them for training wheels and get another set or do I need to get cheaper wheels for training. Any advice?

if computer analisys is what you are looking for then the higher end range of polar is what you are looking at, did you look at Suunto? I myself do not know their functions but cant hurt to look at them.
Polar is nice myself I have a CS300 multi sport cycling and cross trainning. Expensive, I was un-informed when I bought mine R2500-00 no cadence. Rather look at the Blackburn range as they include cadence and H/R. Your choice.
I need a new saddle 143mm, fizik are so expensive but damm nice. I have a black,white & silver bike (road). Which one would you recommend? Specialized only seem to have all black ones, will it be possible to custom a saddle?
Timing mat on long route yes. The tour durban got a timing mat at the turn point of the long route to ensure you cross it, as the fountains race in benoni did not have a mat on the long route, believe they will be able to cheat then.
