I’ve just watched highlights of the League 1 playoff between Sheffield Wednesday vs Peterborough…. Wow! What a game! Although I knew the final result, I found myself almost willing SW on to score at every chance. Imagine coming back from 4-0 down, to go on and finish 5-1 aet. It would’ve been sad had they not won the penalty shootout, or even tragic! Anyway, I do also feel a bit sorry for Peterborough losing the tie, but they were steamrolled.

I still think that if they score first, City will have a difficult evening… But yeah, I would probably do the same 😂😂

Two ways of looking at it…. 1) Bookies are confident City are on point; 2) Bookies are looking for money! I still think City will edge, but I’m definitely gonna stick a tenner on RM… (just for a flutter, lol)

It just shows how difficult it is to win the EPL. Look at how clinical ManCity are at the minute, and compare it to their erratic mid season results. They dropped a fair number of points in mid season. Consider also that Arsenal were 8-11 points clear of City at the beginning of April, and then City who didn’t lose a game since mid-end Jan… Its all about consistency, and being mentality tuned in the run up…. I still think that Arsenal gave it a really good go! A top achievement still in my book. To me it doesn’t matter that they tripped at the final hurdle, they still kept us interested till very close to the end. City are in steamroller mode right now…. Although RM are not going to roll over on Wednesday, I expect City to just edge it. If RM get an early goal, City are going to need their supporters

I had a tenner on what looked certainties… Newcastle; Chelsea; Real Sociedad; Lazio… all draws!!! What the Heck!!! 😍 Matters none that the other three in my 19:1 were on point…. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Sad to see Saints go down, especially with a bunch of good players actually! I can’t fault this wisdom! Real at home are City’s greatest challenge in this tie. And let’s be honest, City are as good whoever they have in their lineup. Pep seems to have them on point at exactly the right time this season
