Ok so here is a very simple and easy and quick way to resize any picture down to less than 100kb so that it can be uploaded to TheHub Step 1: Download this application, it can be used on Vista and Win7. I havnt tested it on Xp but let me know if it doesnt work. Save it to your desktop http://www.4shared.com/file/191628458/672ee8f5/ImageResizer-20.html Step 2: Install it, just follow the steps Step 3: Right click on any picture, and under the menu, select "Resize Pictures". Step 4: ImageResizer (the program you just installed) should open, when it does, select "Small" and click "Ok". An image with the same name and "(small)" added on should appear in the same folder as your original input picture. Step 5: you can now upload that picture and it should be less than 100kb, if it still isnt, just repeat the process on the small picture. Also, saving your pictures as .jpeg format will help, as they genrally have the smallest file sizes.

Well we have the limit of 100kb, which is a little ridiculous. no camera takes pictures that small anymore. and to people who are not that computer litrate, it isnt always easy to resize a picture to 100kb. plus with most resizers, they only allow you to select a resolution, as apposed to a size in KB or MB. so for the average user, they will try resize, then upload again and then they wont be able to because they didnt select a small enough res then they'll just give up and say "they cant upload" I dont think there is an actual problem in the uploading process. just people who are unsure of what they are doing and dont understand

How do you get to the Jonkershoek track? ive heard so much about it and i wanna try it. and also, when are we all heading out to Tokai again? I havnt ridding a bike for 10 days....
