  1. Is it really still closed 2 years later ? It just doesnt make sense , as just called office and a very confused told me I cant ride there ? Can anyone confirm?

  7. Absolutely Multisport is on our roadmap for 2016 ! Just adding more cycle specific features to ensure we are ahead of the curve then will bring on multisport. However can currently add your unstructured workouts (gym,swim,run,weights) with associated Tscores to your program to ensure Load and performance tracking is accurate!   9. If you dont have the time and looking for a for quick Critical Power Test check of where you are we schedule the below test in Todays Plan: Best done on the turbo. Start with 20 min warm up in Zone 2 pushing into Zone 3 followed by 5 min easy spinning then 3 minutes full gas starting with a full on sprint - the idea is to get everything out of the tank in the first 20-30 seconds then hang on to the end as best you can - you will be fighting the bike and pedalling squares in the final minute - spin your legs for 20 minutes after - This is a tough session so make sure you take a recovery-shake immediately afterwards. Warm up - 25mins pushing into Zone 3 TEST - 3min FULL GAS Cool down - 20min see : www.todaysplan.co.za for more details for analytic's and training plan's

  12. Hi HappyMartin, Thanks for the feedback, and encourage you to keep posting your results. We are confident that if you do the Threshold tests and your personal zones are set correctly the workout sessions will be captivating and will see the results over the course of your program. The easy to read Dashboards will give you intuitive overview and all sessions will be explained in a simple format via email each morning (if you enable alerts) along within Today's Plan. Hi Joeboy, Have a look at this post from Strava regarding how to do a bulk export of GPX files from their site - http://engineering.strava.com/bulk-activity-export/ You can unzip this file on your computer and use the Today's Plan Desktop Agent to suck in the files from this directory.   14. Have had a few people enabling themselves as a coach, glad we solved it within 20 mins!
  15. Suggest maybe building a base or endurance plan to tie you over. To create a plan that targets a lower intensity initial base period in a more classic approach you could set out to create a plan based upon a specific goal. This could be for 6 - 8 weeks - you could then select to Improve a specific cycling skill for this such as Endurance. You could select start plan in Base phase. By allowing some scope when giving the time available to train each week the system will have more options for choosing workouts to match your requirements, remember that your daily availability doesn't have to add up to your weekly availability. Also you can allow your coach Sven to access your data and he can have full control over your program, as he may want to tweak it. This come at no additional cost to you or your coach (we don't charge coaches unlike others). We would be happy to get him managing all his atheltes. Thanks Karma, Glad we responded to your issue with your Andriod tablet and Bluetooth sensors connectivity issue and thanks for your feedback on the Andriod App. Customers shouldn't have any issues with Garmin, SRM, Mio, Bryton, Suunto or Polar files .   18. Hi Edgarblout, Today's Plan has also intregrated Sufferfest. All their structured workouts are now available in the system, and if you use our Android app and a Wahoo KICKR you can have your KICKR controlled to match the video. Thanks for pointing that out as is a great feature to add to your calendar especially when tapering or looking for a focused workout, let me know if you have any other questions.
  19. Thanks but canned training plans are very different to dynamic tailored plans with full analytic's which is tailored to each riders individual availability . Todays Plan is very much more than a spreadsheet, it incorporates sensor alerts, utilizes Garmin's workout features which will run you through step by step when on the road along with ERG trainer controls data and we also take riders raw create easy to read meaningful data that riders along with coaches are able to follow. We offer this all for +- R30 per week if taken for a year and is free for coaches to manage unlimited athletes.   20. Lexx, The events are now in the system and you may add them to your calendar or create a plan targeting those races, make sure you add whether they are and A, B or C priority race as the training plan will take that into account on how you taper into the race. Thanks
  21. Hi Karma, Please make sure you have the latest update of the app, and if you have any issues please hit the " need help" button we will get back to you ASAP and try solve any problems. The Today's Plan platform builds condition/load by creating a progressive increase in chronic training load. This is derived using a 42 day rolling average of your daily T-Score values. If you're starting CTL is quite big, but, your availability is low the system will need to include high intensity rides with a high IF to allow you to meet the progressive overload projection for the plan and increase your condition and load. As you have said most recent literature refers to using high intensity intervals to gain optimal fitness. The rate the workout give us an understanding of your phyiscal and mental state that will affect your TSB (fatigue). As like less sleep will effect your workout and how you handled the load.   22. Hi Lexx, No problem adding any event into the system. Just logon and request the race you would like in the system and will add within 24hrs. The Bi Annual fees have an option of Unlimited training plans for R1095 or you can just take the analytic's for R450. Will find all the pricing under my services.
