The race is held in conjunction with Villiers High School’s Market Day. There is also a 4x4 Trail ride scheduled for the afternoon. Bring the whole family for a fun-filled day !!! Food Stalls, Beer-Tent and much more will keep the kids entertained. You can also stand a chance of walking away with one of our stunning lucky-draw prizes, which includes weekend-away packages, hampers, etc. There are also category prizes. Please note that participants (MTB Challenge) have to be present at prize giving to qualify. This will be an experience you will never forget!

This calculation is a very ruff estimate. It is not always true...

I managed to get my max heart rate to 185 on one of the hills is Suikerbos. I think i pushed myself into a zone that is not safe. Maybe for a short period, but need to recovery to a lower zone. My time on the race was looking good. My time on top of the hill in Heidelberg turning over the freeway 2h30. I completed the race in 3h52. The last portion of the race a killer...
