During your training you need to build up your aerobic fitness before pushing too hard into anaerobic - i.e. you nee to train your body to efficiently utalise endurance fuel. During the race ... trial and error ... go and do a 60km ride at 80%, then at 85% then at 90% and see how you feel.

Hi guys ... cant deem to get the hex bolt loose to remove my truvativ crank ... pretty sure it should loose counter clock ... can anyone confirm or add advice on how to loosen the thing ??

I have the juicy 7 and recon these things will bring my car to halt. really the best breaks i have had and definately better than shimano.... your local bike shop just needs to take a peek regarding setup pads are quite expensive, but just order them off chain reaction cycles for a fraction.

I have the same problem!! It has been "Arrived at delivery depot" since 27th August, but nothing in my post box to date? I tried calling a number provided by Parcel Force 011 961 6053 (and i think this is the number of our local friendly post office service), which was engaged 19 out of 20 calls and the 20th i was cut off after about 5 minutes on hold. I didnt select any special service so i assume normal post office and hence impacted by there "time-out". Plz can anybody provide updates on how they have managed to get there orders recently if any additional action was required
