how about an eggbeater upgrade ?

my mistake sorry Rad. They are very pretty but not something you would find most people choosing, pretty much because of the price tag. Most will go for the SLR or ZTR because its tried and tested. A pro in states, Sid Tabrelay uses these though so they cant be to bad.

The KZN community seems to be the best with the no littering thing then when you get the flocks from everywhere else it looks like a rubbish dump after the race. Eston was bad then 1 week later when only KZN riders were present, Tour de Krantz was immaculately clean.

The spoke design scares people, looks like its not strong enough. In my opinion, nice to look at, but they not as light as race wheel should be. Plus they only come in blue

I know the BCD is 104mm, now what rings other then shimano work? Im looking to use 1 ring at the front and 9 cogs at the rear. What would be a good ratio to use? I was thinking a 38 in the front? What do you think?

why not shape the tubes yourself? you ever watched american chopper? they just use different methods to do. there are people in sa with those machines to help you

A bit off topic but does absalons bottom tube look bent? Iv run 1 ring at the front a few times, it works well on flat courses with small sharp climbs. But normally just use 2 rings up front.
