There is heresay testimony that he allegedly said he did etc etc. Personally I don't think he doped, he didnt need to; all that he had to do was make sure his helpers did. I have said this previously on a different thread; that the main difference between Lance and his rivals was his team. They destroyed every-one before the finale and he was good enough to finish it off. Ask yourself this; how many of his team won or top 10'd in stages during his 7 wins; 2 - maybe 3 aside from TTT's. How many tested positive after leaving USPS/Discovery? Quite a few. He/JB could in theory lower the risk of exposure by keeping the helpers from winning thereby lessening the chance of a positive test. That is also why he can claim his conscience is clear that he never doped. Take note of what he's not saying. Just my 2.5c

That is the same argument used against the "bio passport", where you can face sanction without there really being any "proof"as such except for suspect values, but it has been accepted.

I've a feeling that we will never know the incontrovertible truth until the evidence and witnesses are tested before a court which might never happen. It's like being called out to fight and the opponent refuses to come out and fight, can the "caller" claim to have won or proved he is right?

i meant to say telling you what you want to hear does not always equate to the truth.So according to your view; until he has said that he has doped (even if he hasn't) then he is not telling the truth? so what would be the point of going to trial?

not to sound like a stuck record but there has not been any proper evidence (aside from media reports and heresay,) presented here and according to him he has told the truth. Telling you what you want to know does not always equate to the "truth". and my condolences with your not being on the road but that is your tough luck (or are you only a fair weather cyclist) don't take it out on poor lance.

Allegedly It's funny how people with no real proof (like yourself and others on this here forum) can make such heartfelt and "sincere" judgements on people (this applies to the pro- and the anti-) Thank goodness none of you have to serve on a jury. there is only one thing for certain, you/we love to ride y/our bike/s, so go out and do that.

My view on wheel suckers is that if you are so p'd off about some-one sucking your wheel, why not drop them? If he can stick on your wheel kudos to him and you get a good interval workout (and you also obviously not the pro you thought you were). It is different if he/they are interfering with your ride. just my thought.

why is that crazy? they will get extra "Mileage" out of this chapter of the story. lotsa publicity. LA was on a hiding to nothing anyway. No matter what he did he would not have swayed the opinion of those who were anti-LA. Who of you've been in that position where you are innocent but due to suspicion and incredible witnesses you've been found guilty and no amount of arguing on your part will get you off? You can throw good money after bad or just cut your losses and have faith that your friends and family know the truth and support you. just my 10c
