[BUG] Add Item Form is incomplete in some browsers

Hi sorry

I can fill in the whole list to add a ad but i can not fined a button to post the add to classifieds?

Please help? (or is it only me?)

This issue has been reported by a small number of people. The new advert listing page does not allow you to submit the advert. The form only displays steps 1-3.

 

We are unable to replicate the issue, but have just made a minor update which may help.

If you are experiencing this issue please let us know what web browser and version you are using.

Run your mouse pointer over the classified icon , dont click on it . a drop down will appear and go down to Post a advert. Presto

Hi that is what i did and i get the form to complete but when the form is fild in were do i click to add it???

I can add the photo and what then?

Um , from what you are asking its right at the bottom of the page box that says "ADD ITEM"

Let me go and look again but there is no box next to where you add the photo's or in the right bottom.

the only thing i see is a help box for the photo's.

What web browser are you using? It sounds like the page isn't displaying properly for you.

 

Try pressing Ctrl + F5 when on the this page which will force a reload of the styles which may sort it out. Let me know if this helps?

No trouble, what web browser are you using? I can't seem replicate this problem in Internet Explorer 7/8/9, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari.

when i go into the post ad it open the page and then when it finishes just above the windows start icon in the left conner it shows done with a triangle and when i click on it it gives me the error message witch i coped in for you.

I manage to get my problem sorted with the ads that did not display step 4 i went and re downloaded internet explorer 8 from microsoft and every thing looks to be in order thanks for all teh help..
